Any breach of security or unauthorized uses of your account, please notify us immediately. Once registered, you may continue to shop in our website. For returning customers, you will just need to sign in to your registered account and continue with the shopping.
TERMS OF SALES
These terms and conditions applied to your purchases from us via this platform only. You acknowledged that you are fully aware of the contents of displayed products including the specifications on placing any purchase order for any products, you are agreed to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.
- Definition
(i) “Customer” means a person who orders Product(s) via this website;
(ii) “Product(s)” means any all the items that listed on this Website;
(iv) “Seller” means Prozar Medequip Care

- Placing an Order
2.1 By placing the order, you are;
(i) offering to purchase a product,
(ii) representing that you are of legal age and qualification to form a binding contract, and
(iii) representation that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the order you ordered and of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order
2.2. Upon receipt of the Customer’s order, Seller will verify the availability of the Product(s) and the Customer’s credit card or other payment details. Seller has not accepted the Customer’s offer and is not obliged to supply the Product(s) until Seller has shipped the Product(s) and sent an order confirmation to the Customer by email.
2.3 We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you. Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever.
2.4 We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
- Supply of Product(s)
3.1. Subject to these terms and conditions, Seller may agree to supply the Customer with the Product(s) as specified in the Customer’s order form submitted to Seller via this Website.
3.2 If there is any changes or replacement products, Seller will inform the Customer in advance.
3.3. The pictures showing the Product(s) in this Website may not be identical to the Product(s) as shipped to the Customer. The colour, features might be different from the pictures displayed.
3.4 The Seller shall have the right to supply the Product(s) which the same function and equal quality without compromising the affect the overall performance of the Product(s) or the type of Product(s) ordered by the Customer.
- Price and Payment
4.1. Pricing of Product(s) shall be the price as stipulated on this Website at the time when the customer places an order with Seller.
4.2. All prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia exclusive shipping costs and is the only acceptable payment currency.
4.3. Upon placing an order with Seller, the Customer shall provide to Seller his or her valid credit card number and other billing information as requested by the Website. For payment via Billplz, the Seller will charge the Customer on confirmation of the order or prior to shipment.
4.4. Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it.
4.5. We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using Billplz, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.
4.6 In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
4.7. Seller will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of Customer’s order secured but Seller cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by the Customer.
- Delivery
5.1 We will process and send out all order within 3-5 working days after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is shipped out.
5.2 Any dates quoted by Seller for the delivery of Product(s) are estimates only and shall not form part of the contract. Seller aims to deliver promptly, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Seller shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Product(s) within the estimated delivery time.
5.3 The product will be sent to the shipping address which was provided by customer when the item was placed. Once the product is shipped, we will notify the registered email address with the tracking number. If any cancellation of order needs to be done, please contact the headquarters at prozarcare@gmail.com immediately within business hours to ensure that the item has not dispatched yet. If the following item has dispatched, we would not accept the cancellation.
5.4 We are not responsible for any delays caused by logistics. Risk of loss and damage of Product(s) passes to the Customer on the date when the Product(s) is/are dispatched by Seller to the carrier.
5.5 If an order shipment is undeliverable, the Product(s) ordered by the Customer will be returned to the Seller at the Customer’s expense, as stock available for sale to other customers. The returned Product(s) can be sold to other customers and the Seller shall have no obligation to reserve or re-deliver the returned Product(s) to the Customer.
- Returns and Refunds
6.1. Subject to Clause 6.4 below, no Product(s) shall be returned to the Seller unless :-
(i) the Product(s) is defective, please contact customer service within 7 days upon receiving goods or from date of purchase.
(ii) the Customer has completed and filed a Request for Return Form (showing the order ID and other identifying numbers) with the Seller;
(iii) the Customer returns the Product(s) at his/her own expense which will include any custom duties or taxes.
6.2. Upon satisfactory return of the Product(s) to the Seller, replacement Product(s) will be shipped to the Customer if the Seller is satisfied that the Product(s) returned by the Customer is defective after suitable tests and inspections by the Seller and within the warranty period.
6.3. If the Seller is not satisfied that the returned Product(s) is defective, the Seller will deliver the returned Product(s) to the Customer at the Customer’s own cost.
6.4. Product(s) and accessories that have been opened are excluded from any return unless it has been found in faulty. The Seller shall have no responsibility regarding compatibility issues and it is for the Customer to ensure that his/her Product(s) is compatible with the accessories as ordered.
6.5 If the product(s) is returned for any other reason, the customers are responsible for the return shipping amount.
6.6 The product(s) will be inspected upon return. All original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product is functional, and shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

- Changes
Seller reserves the right to update, revise or change these terms and conditions, the price of the product(s) and any other information listed on this Website at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the Website and it is the Customer’s responsibility to read the terms and conditions and confirm the price of the Product(s) on each occasion when he/she uses this Website and the Customer’s continued use of the Website shall signify his/her acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
- Force Majeure
Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Seller. Quantities are subject to availability. In the event of shortage, Seller may allocate sales and deliveries at its sole discretion.
- Intellectual Property
9.1. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of the Customer’s use of this Website shall remain at all times vested in Seller or its licensors. The Customer is permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by Seller or its licensors.
9.2. The prices of the Product(s) paid by the Customer are for the Product(s) and the services described herein and do not include technical data, copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any kind subsisting in the Product(s) or their packaging.
10 . Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms and conditions supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements between the Customer and Seller relating to the sale and purchase of the Product(s) ordered by the Customer.
The Seller reserves the rights to amend the terms and condition as seen fit without prior notice.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, being the place where the Customer’s order/offer has been received/accepted.
DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages of injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Customer specifically acknowledges the service is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customers. Neither the service nor any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the service.
