Features
★ Adjustment Base is reusable.
★ Foam Pad is single use only.
★ Prostrate Head Pad adjustable in height
and length.
★ Adjustment Range for Height: 0~28 mm.

★ Adjustment Range for Distance between, Disposable Foam Pads: 15~70 mm.

How to Operate
★ Put the reflecting mirror on the operating table. Insert the disposable foam pads on the adjustment base.
★ Put the adjustment base on top of the reflecting mirror, making sure the base secured in the holes of the mirror. Turn the adjustment wheel for foam pad to position the foam pads as needed.
★ Position the patient on the disposable foam pads. Turn the height adjustment wheels to position the patient in desired height.
